Spotted a sad Dott?

If you’ve found a broken, misplaced, or improperly parked Dott, let us know – we’ll send someone from our local team to pick it up. There are 3 different ways you can report it to us:

In the app

Select the vehicle on the map and tap “Report issue”. 

Via email

Send your message to support@ridedott.com including:

  • The location of the vehicle
  • The QR-code of the vehicle, which you can find between the vehicle's handlebars
  • A picture of the vehicle

With your municipality’s app

In some cities, you can report misplaced Dotts directly to your municipality, who will help us relocate the vehicle.
