My vehicle slowed down or stopped

Has your vehicle suddenly slowed down, or even stopped? It may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You could be outside the riding area. If this happens, check your map and move back towards it. If you leave the riding area, your vehicle’s electric assistance will be deactivated and you will have to manually move the vehicle back towards it, where the assistance will be reactivated. If you continue to ride outside the riding area, your vehicle may lock.
- You could be in a low-speed zone. These zones are colored yellow in the app map. If you enter a low-speed zone, your Dott may automatically slow down.
- Your vehicle could have low battery. Find the closest parking spot in the app map to end your ride.
- Your vehicle might have an issue. If your battery is high and you’re within the riding area, please end your ride and report the vehicle to us. You can do so by selecting the vehicle on the map and tapping “Report issue”.
