If you got into an accident, please follow these steps:
- If you need immediate medical attention, please call your local emergency number (112 in Europe or 999 in the UK). If any third parties are involved in an accident, contact your local police to report the case.
- Once you and all involved parties are out of harm’s way, and the necessary authorities have been contacted, please contact us immediately through the app > help & contact > report an accident and follow the instructions. Our Customer care team remains available at accidents@ridedott.com should you need further information.
- Finally, if any damages or injuries occurred and you want to assess whether you have insurance coverage, please contact our friendly insurance company with a full report. Please do this as soon as possible, regardless of severity or blame. Go to the Report accident feature in the Dott app menu under Help & contact and follow the steps on the screen. This process is also outlined in Filing a claim.
