For fraud prevention purposes, a € 5 hold is placed on your card at the beginning of each ride. When you end your ride, we reimburse the difference between the € 5 hold and your actual fare. This amount should appear in your account within a few minutes. We’re sorry if this took you by surprise!
As of April 2019, we’re working hard to fix any issues to do with delayed reimbursements. If the reimbursed amount doesn’t show up within a week, please contact Support so we can help you out.
