Spotted a sad Dott?
If you’ve found a broken, misplaced, or improperly parked Dott, let us know – we’ll send someone from our local team to pick it up. There are 3 different ways you can report it to us:
In the app
Select the vehicle on the map and tap “Report issue”.
In the Help Center
Submit your report using this form including:
- The location of the vehicle
- The QR-code of the vehicle, which you can find between the vehicle's handlebars
- A picture of the vehicle
With your municipality’s app
In some cities you can report misplaced Dotts directly to your municipality, who will help us relocate the vehicle.
