To update your phone number, contact us here or go to “Help & legal” then “Contact us” in the app. In your message, please include:

• Your full name
• The phone number that is currently associated with your Dott account
• Your new phone number, including the area code

When we get your request, we'll modify your phone number and send you a confirmation.

Keep in mind that if you've already created a separate Dott account with your new phone number, we won't be able to update your previous account, as your new number is already linked to your new Dott account.
