Every package comes with a set amount of free minutes. When your ride exceeds those minutes, you’ll be charged per minute. We will charge the difference to your wallet or credit card.

Why is a € 5 hold placed on my credit card?
You may notice that when you start a ride, a € 5 euro hold is placed on your credit card. This authorization fee is a standard industry practice to prevent fraud. When you end your ride, we’ll reimburse the difference between the € 5 hold and your actual fare. This amount should appear in your account within a few minutes. We’re sorry if this took you by surprise!
If the reimbursed amount doesn’t show up within a week, please contact Customer Care, so we can help you out. Open your app, go to your menu and then to 'help & contact' → 'contact us'. Tap the icon in the top right corner to start a conversation.
