I have an open safety claim or support ticket, how will this be handled?

If you have an open safety claim or support ticket with TIER, TIER’s support team will continue to help you on the TIER app – it will not be brought over to the Dott app. The same applies for Dott.

Dott and TIER's support will remain separate, in order to give you specialized assistance. If you have specific questions or safety concerns, please contact the Support team of the company concerned – we’ll be happy to help!
